Yes, we provide nationwide shipping to all governorates. We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure your art and tools reach you safely.

2. How long does shipping take?

Inside Egypt: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once your order is processed.
International: Delivery times vary by location; please contact us for a specific estimate.

3. What are your shipping rates?

Flat Rate: 60 EGP for all orders within Egypt.
Complimentary Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over 1,500 EGP.

4. Are all your products handmade?

Absolutely. At Donia Hues, the "human touch" is our core value. Every paper artwork is meticulously layered by hand, and our artist accessories are crafted or curated with a deep focus on artisanal quality. We do not engage in mass machine production.

5. Can I request a custom commission?

We love bringing your unique visions to life! For custom paper art or personalized designs, please reach out to us via WhatsApp (+20 1066834402) or Instagram (@doniahues) to discuss your ideas.

6. What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if an issue occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will prioritize finding a solution, whether through replacement or a refund.

7. Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Because our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
