All of our products — from original handmade artworks to artist tools and accessories — are crafted or curated with care and attention to detail. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

📦 Processing Time:  
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase.

🚚 Delivery Time:  
- Inside Egypt: 2–5 business days  
- International Orders: Available upon request — please contact us directly at doniahues@gmail.com or on Instagram before placing your order.

💰 Shipping Fees:  
- Flat rate within Egypt: EGP 100  
- Free delivery for orders over EGP 1500

🌍 International Shipping:
We currently accept international orders via direct arrangement.
Payment is made in advance through Western Union, and shipping cost is calculated individually based on the destination. Once your package is shipped, you will receive the tracking number.

📍 Shipping Provider: 
We work with trusted local couriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
