At Donia Hues, every piece—from our intricate paper originals to our handcrafted artist gear—is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made-to-order with dedicated time and craftsmanship, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind.

1. Unique Variations

Please appreciate that because our products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered flaws. These nuances are what make your piece unique and truly one-of-a-kind.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we are here to help.
Notification Period: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3.Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days.
Method: Refunds are issued via Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
Confirmation: You will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp once the transaction is complete.

4. Cancellations

We begin crafting your order shortly after it is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, we may have already started the production process and cannot guarantee a cancellation.
