Our Philosophy on Handmade Art

At Donia Hues, every piece—from our intricate paper originals to our handcrafted artist gear—is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made-to-order with dedicated time and craftsmanship, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind.

1. Returns & Exchanges (7-Day Window)

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Period: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during transit or is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Notification Period: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Resolution: Once assessed, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund depending on the case.

3.Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Method: Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Credit/Debit card or PayPal).

4. Cancellations

We begin crafting your order shortly after it is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, we cannot guarantee a cancellation as production may have already started.
