Return & Refund Policy

At Donia Hues, each product is handmade and made-to-order with great care, precision, and love.
Because every piece is created especially for you after your order is placed, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been confirmed.
However, your satisfaction means a lot to us. Please read the following policy carefully:
1. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
All Donia Hues products are made individually for each customer.
For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind after placing the order

Custom color, size, or design requests

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade process
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item
- The original packaging (if applicable)
We will assess the issue and either:
- Replace the artwork (if possible), or
- Offer a partial/full refund depending on the case
3. Processing Refunds (if approved)
- Once we approve a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days.
- The amount will be returned via Instapay or Vodafone Cash, based on your preferred method.
- We’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp once the refund is issued.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already started crafting your piece and cannot guarantee cancellation.
